Marlin Cove Apartments

I’ve been living here for 3 years now! The apartment community is amazing! Prime location! So peaceful, quiet and safe! I’ve literally forgotten to lock my car multiple times and nothing ever happened. Yes the rent is a little expensive compared to other properties but you get what you pay for. The clubhouse is remodeled and open now with a beautiful indoor pool and an outdoor jacuzzi. The place is amazing! Definitely recommend considering living here if you are looking to relocate!

I’ve had a great experience living at Marlin Cove for the past 5 years. The management team is consistently professional and always provides prompt responses whenever something comes up. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and communication is clear and reliable. The neighbors here are friendly, which creates a welcoming and community-oriented atmosphere. The property is well-kept, and overall it’s been a smooth, hassle-free place to live. Highly recommend Marlin Cove!

My husband and I couldn’t be happier here. We have now officially lived here for 1 year and it’s been a great experience. We haven’t had to submit a single work order because everything in our unit has been working just fine. Grounds are clean and maintained, units are beautiful and the amenities are amazing! Since we renewed our lease for another year (and will likely continue living here for more than just another year) we received complimentary carpet cleaning. A pretty awesome perk!

I've lived here for almost a year and this place is great. Cindy & Roxana in the leasing office are amazing! They truly go above and beyond. The maintenance staff is friendly and very responsive. So responsive that even minor work orders are resolved quickly. The apartments and grounds are beautiful and they do a wonderful job of keeping everything up. This is a great place to live...highly recommend.

I’ve had a wonderful experience living at Marlin Cove. The high-quality service starts with the incredible amenities—the heated, enclosed greenhouse pool is a standout feature that feels like a year-round retreat. I also love the direct access to the Bay Trail and Lagoon; it makes morning walks incredibly peaceful. The management team does a fantastic job keeping the common areas and the fitness center in pristine condition. It truly feels like a luxury resort right in Foster City."
