Beach Park Apartments

I’ve had a great experience with the maintenance team at this apartment complex. They are responsive, professional, and always fix issues quickly. Everytime I’ve put in a service request they have always made sure it was completed to my satisfaction. A few months ago the manager Edy came to my unit to make sure everything was done correctly and has always been very nice and pleasant to talk to when coming by. He has always assured me that everything that needs to be fixed will be and he hasn’t let me down. I recently had a minor issue with my dryer and Marco came to check on it. While he was looking at the dryer he was more than happy to hear about my other concerns and went above and beyond to help make sure that all my requests are taken care of. He even fixed previous work that was done

I had a wonderful experience living in this apartment! The place is always clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The management team is fantastic—responsive, friendly, and professional. I want to especially thank Edi from the maintenance team for his prompt and helpful assistance. He fixed my disposal and unclogged the drain quickly and efficiently. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment and the great management team that makes life here so enjoyable!

Very clean and safe community. With an incredible maintenance team who helped get our move-in perfect. Edy Andrade, the service manager, is very professional and helpful, and quick to come and fix any problems we have had.

Do not live here if you like peace and quiet. Very loud area. Main Street, near freeway and airplanes go directly over every 5 mins. People don’t pick up dog poop. Leaf blowers all the time. They start construction on the pool and never notified tenants. Didn’t fix the pool area or notify tenants when it was done. Place is a mess. People smoke on property. Dishwasher is also ancient and doesn’t even clean the dishes. Go elsewhere. This place is not worth the money.

I’ve been apartment living for most of my life and have dealt with a lot of the big property management companies, and I will say that Prometheus is hands down the BEST ONE!! From the super friendly and helpful leasing agents to the maintenance team, this place is great! Special shout out to Beach Park’s new Service Manager Edy Andrade who blew me away with his excellent customer service, friendly demeanor, professionalism, quality of work, and his follow through. This guy is incredible! Our new apartment was completely dialed when we moved in, and he was able to get it ready for us very quickly and saved us on our time crunch.
