Foster's Landing Apartments

I lived at Foster's Landing for 4 years and was very satisfied with my experience. I only moved away due to a job change, but I truly enjoyed the great location, beautiful views, and the safe, convenient environment. The Community Relations team is exceptional—they are helpful and always respond to emails quickly. The maintenance staff is also friendly, reliable, and addresses requests in a very timely manner. The move-out process was surprisingly easy and transparent. We discussed everything during the inspection, and I received a very reasonable estimate. I also want to give a special thanks to Hong; I had a question about my move-out statement, and Hong resolved it immediately. I highly recommend this community!"

Beautiful landscaping, great apartments with a garage & carport. Maintenance is awesome, and now we have a kind and compassionate Property Manager and 2 nice assistants - unlike in the previous years. LOVE living here. Only if it was a bit cheaper. My wife and I have been apartment hunting the past few days and Foster’s Landing makes it so easy to get answers to questions. Shout out to Val Landgraf! She was regularly available to answer any questions we had.

We moved in a few weeks ago and this has been the smoothest process we've ever experienced. At first it was an uneasy feeling knowing they do not have onsite management however, the way all the members communicated clearly and provided all the resources we could ask for- and more to assist with the process from start to finish made it a lot easier to trust in the team and community. Big shout out to Jesse for being thorough, friendly, and extremely responsive throughout our viewing/application process and of course shout out to Angalee for the support in completing the application and following up with us after move in day. If this is any indication of the rest of the team (I am 100% confident is the case) then I can definitely say we are in great hands here!

Staying here during my summer internship. It's a great place to live. The whole neighbourhood is quiet and clean. A park, a lake, and some courts are right next to our house. There are also a few grocery stores and restaurants in walking distance. The apartments are pretty - both from outside and inside, and have individual entrances. We got furnished house and we were happy with the furnitures. Some furnitures seemed new. The kitchen utensils were not great, but alright. They are providing free Internet and house-cleaning service every two weeks. I have used the gym. It's a small one, but works for me. Overall I think it's slightly exceeding my expectations.
