I would strongly caution anyone considering moving here to carefully evaluate whether this property aligns with your expectations for fair treatment and basic living standards. 1. Ridiculous Renewal Price If you plan to move here, expect to stay only one year. At renewal, rent increases close to 10%. If you decide not to renew because of the increase, you will see your unit listed online at a lower price than the renewal offer — and management will REFUSE TO EVEN MATCH their own advertised rate. Existing residents are not prioritized at all here. 2. Constant and Disruptive Noise The apartment is right next to Highway 92. You will hear continuous traffic noise day and night. It is not light background sound — it is loud and ongoing. You will also hear airplane noise, even with windows ful

We had an amazing experience touring the various Essex properties, thanks in large part to Ashley. She’s been incredibly supportive and accommodating throughout the entire process, and she has consistently gone out of her way to help and make sure that all of our questions, comments, and concerns were answered in a timely fashion. It’s clear she genuinely cares about the residents and takes pride in providing great service. I really appreciated her responsiveness and attention to detail — it made the whole apartment searching experience smooth and stress-free.

Through my one year lease, it’s quite expensive for renting a 2B2B apartment. However, I like this apartment’s amenities. The meeting room is really comfortable and good for group’s meeting, but the coffee machine has been broken since I moved in and out. It’s safe to live in the plaza, but the parking building is quite far away from my apartment if you are always in hurry to work or school. I hate the speed bumps inside the parking building so much!!!!!! The room is quite small, but I really like the mirror inside the bedroom. The management group is fast to solve problems. However, once our apartment had so many ants in the kitchen, so I called management group to solve. The guy came and gave us a pack of ant poison, but he didn’t open it!!!! From the outward look i t looks nice, but wondered why so low rating, issue is management, i setup appt to tour but once arrive at the site, i tried finding instruction for tour with maze of marketing email, text they sent me but none of them had any instruction and i am stranded at the site. And they charge prem rate!!!! The porblem started even before i am making decision to move on, no wonder what awaits if i decide to sign for a lease!!

Update in Dec. 2025: The management team cannot stop the smoking issue even after receiving report catching the responsible party smoking at the moment when it was happening. What an unresponsible management team! Update in May 2025: I can smell weed from my unit quite frequently recently. It happened twice today. The issue has been reported to the management team a few times since Feb. 2025 right after Essex took over, but cannot be stopped. The management team tried but failed hard in enforcing the smoke-free policy. If you are not ok with the bad smell of smoke, please stay away. Pros: Great location. Gated building entrance and parking garage. Efficient response to maintenance request. Cons: Units facing to highway may have more noise. AC compressor at the patio of each unit is loud
