Township Apartments

Township has been amazing - everyone from the leasing office to the maintenance has been a pleasure to interact with and addresses all concerns in a prompt manner. They go above and beyond to ensure your experience is great. Special shoutout to Rego for all his help!!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I want future residents to be aware of the transfer policy here. When transferring units within the same community, we were later told we had to repay a leasing concession from the original unit (~$2,169) and meanwhile we were disqualified for the leasing concession from the new unit (since we are existing residents) even though this was not clearly explained when the transfer process started. To be fair, the staff has been responsive and they are currently reviewing the issue, so I will update this review depending on how it is resolved.

I’ve lived here for 4 years now. This is a pretty decent place to live - close to Redwood City downtown, nice communal space, reasonable rent, and the apartments themselves are quite nice. One thing I really appreciate is that the maintenance folks are incredibly on top of things - there’s a very easy-to-use app where you can put in maintenance requests and the guys respond and address the concerns in a very timely manner. Rigo and Jonathan are two of the maintenance guys and they’re just great - super nice, friendly and now how to fix basically anything. I would definitely recommend Township to a friend or relative.

Maintenance got back to me quickly about my washing machine, and Jose and Rigoberto were awesome. Super friendly, really professional, and they spent hours getting it fixed. I really appreciate their hard work.

Maintenance staff Rigo is great! We noticed the microwave had odd sounds, and Rigo stopped by on the weekend to check. He immediately ordered a brand new microwave for us and got it installed in just 3 days.
