Townley Apartments

Townley appartment is a great place to live. Amanda is the best staff. She tries her best to answer every question we have. I recommend this place to anyone.

Just moved in last week and I’m happy w/my unit and experience. I was hesitant, because of the bad reviews but my experience here and with the property manager Amanda have been great. I had A LOT of questions especially about pest. Amanda informed me they have free weekly pest control and as long as I keep up w/my housekeeping and report immediately w/any concerns I should not have many issues. Being this is an older property you have to take the good w/the bad, thus far I’m happy, You get a lot of bang (space) for your buck!

I don't usually give opinions, but it's agonizing dealing with these problems. The place is the worst. They spend weeks and months to repair any damage to the apartments. If you're lucky, the maintenance guys will just check it out, and they'll come back when a lunar eclipse happens.

Do not move here please the AC breaks every weekend and on Mondays when the office opens they magically fix it people can’t relax in there own home on the weekend because it’s like being in a sauna!! And let’s not mention the mice infestation! Please look someone where else to move! Moving out asap!!!
