Lighthouse apartments in Beltsville showed appreciation for the tenants again. They sponsored a block party Saturday and it was a blast. We had plenty of good food, music and activities for the children. Lot’s of detail was put into making the day just as great as the weather. We also had raffles drawn on the hour with great prizes given away. The maintenance men were handling the hotdogs & burgers on the grill. While Clarissa handed out raffle tickets, Tiffany, Joh’Anne, and Shilon handle the serving tables. Our manager was out appreciating her tenants too. Angela as always was front and center engaging with all the tenants. It’s so thoughtful and appreciated to have anything to show appreciation.
TERRIBLY managed. INFESTED. walk around 12am you will see rats in the community.rats in the vents. almost every building has ROACHES. idk who’s in charge but they need to be replaced. this needs to be the absolute last option. on the brink of homelessness before you even CONSIDER this place. I hate these apartments and can’t stand the management. Cars get windows broken into. met a few ppl cars stolen completely.
I’ve been living at Lighthouse at Twin Lakes Apartment Homes for the past 3 years, and it has been a great experience. The apartment complex is very peaceful, clean, and well maintained. The manager, Ms. Angela, is super nice, attentive, and always helpful. Maintenance is quick to respond and does a great job fixing any issues in a timely manner. I especially want to recognize Ms. Kadiatu Malcolm, who is very caring, considerate, and always willing to help—especially during unforeseen events. She does an excellent job keeping residents informed and up to date about any events or changes happening within the property or individual units, always in a timely manner. We've lived at Lighthouse at Twin Lakes since 2022. It’s a solid place if you prioritize convenience and transit, though like any apartment, it has its quirks. For people who work at White Oak Medical Center, this is a very good place to live, being just 5 min from the hospital by car. The Pros: Management & Staff: I want to give a shout-out and huge thank you to Ms. Clarissa Johnson. Over the past years, I've had my share of complaints about our apartment, but she has been always been incredibly helpful and responsive whenever we’ve needed anything. Having someone in the office who actually listens and follows through makes a world of difference. From assisting with rental related questions, scheduling third party services ie pest control, assisting with rental insurance policies and other documents required to maintain tenancy, being a reliable liason for the property manager, keeping my family abreast on upcoming lease renewals, assisting with yearly pool passes and guest pool passes, and more.
