Barclay Square Apartments

I am very disappointed with my experience at this apartment. I have been dealing with a serious mice problem, and when I went to the rental office for help, the manager was extremely rude, dismissive, and made me feel looked down on. Instead of listening to my concerns, she brushed me off and acted like my issue didn’t matter. However, I want to acknowledge Cristina. She is truly a breath of fresh air in that office. She is always polite, patient, and willing to listen. Every time I speak with her, she treats me with respect and shows genuine concern. I really appreciate her professionalism and kindness, especially during such a stressful situation. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and works to improve both the condition of the apartments and the way residents are treated.

I personally had an amazing experience at Barclay Square Apartments. The office staff Erika and Christina were very friendly and immediately made me feel at home. Their hospitality was unmatched. I toured four other apartment complexes and I was not impressed as I was when I visited Barclay Square. Their grounds are kept very clean which felt like a breath of fresh air to see. The apartment homes are very cozy and the floor plan layouts are delightful.

Hello i’m a current resident at barclay and i just moved in a week ago and im having problems with bed bugs , roaches , mice and several other things in my apartment maintenance is no help i contacted the rental office several times about my issues and nothing has been resolved yet i do not recommend anyone moving into barclay square apartments they just want your money they don’t even care about anything you tell them i am highly disappointed and will be moving out !!! its been only 1 week !!!!!!! Do Better.

I came in last week for information about any available one bedrooms and Cristina was just absolutely wonderful! Best customer service I have ever experienced, super polite, informative and patient. I have a few more places to look at but thanks to Cristina Barclay is a huge contender in my decision
