I am writing this review following an extremely frustrating and disappointing interaction with the Assistant Manager at the leasing office on the morning of 11/10/2025, after my vehicle was towed. This experience reveals a critical failure in both policy communication and customer service, particularly in handling resident emergencies. 🛑 Inflexible Policy Enforcement During an Emergency My vehicle was towed because, as a current resident, I had a temporary parking situation due to an emergency. • The Assistant Manager repeatedly insisted that it is "policy" for residents to contact the leasing office in advance to arrange a temporary pass. • When I explained that the nature of my emergency required me to "leave the house at 8 PM in haste"—well after business hours—she offered no reasonabl
I have never been more frustrated with a property in my life. I’ve tried calling this place for the past three days just to schedule a simple tour, and no one ever answers the phone. It doesn’t matter what time of day you call — morning, afternoon, or before closing — it’s like the office doesn’t exist. When I finally decided to drive by in person just to get some answers, I was told they don’t accept walk-ins. So apparently they don’t answer the phone and they won’t speak to you in person either. How is anyone supposed to get information? It honestly feels like the management does not care about this property at all. The leasing office at The Mark has been nothing short of amazing. Moving can be overwhelming, but Edyln made the entire transition so much easier for me. She is always kind, professional, and genuinely welcoming, and she never hesitates to answer my questions or provide clarity when I need it. Both Edyln and Adryan have been extremely accommodating and willing to help whenever needed.. Their attentiveness and professionalism have made my experience here enjoyable.
I moved into The Mark at Brickyard in November 2023 and have nothing but great things to say about the entire leasing office staff and maintenance team. I’ve worked very closely with Adryan during my time here, and every interaction with her has exceeded my expectations. Although I’ve had very few issues overall, Adryan consistently listens and finds solutions in a timely and professional manner. If you take the time to read some of the negative reviews, you’ll notice that many reflect a lack of resident accountability rather than true service issues. Erica (property manager) and her team do a great job, and I would absolutely encourage anyone considering this community to make The Mark at Brickyard their home.
I recently moved into The Mark at Brickyard and I must say my experience during a drop in walk through solidified rhe decision for me. I had thw pleasure of meeting Adryan upon my arrival and she was so welcoming and pleasant despite it being toward the end of her work day. She kindly showed me around the property, giving details for all of the amenities and calmly answered any questions I had, we even shared quite a few laughs. Adryan was vwry poised and professional but also very personable which made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the entire process. I am still getting settled in, but so far so good.
