This is regarding my recent move in at Stevens walk apartment. Five stars for Damaris, the property manager. She accommodated all our requests and made our move in smooth and easy. Damaris is a very nice person, she answered all my queries and gave us a very nice and spacious 1BR apartment. Property is nice and clean. All the appliances and amenities are new and completely renovated. Neighborhood looks nice and friendly.

We recently moved out after living here for five and a half years, and our experience was nothing short of wonderful. The management and staff were consistently helpful, addressing any maintenance issues promptly and efficiently. The community is safe, peaceful and quiet, with no noise complaints throughout our stay. The outdoor playing areas are well-maintained and clean, adding to the overall pleasant environment. Another great advantage is the location—it's conveniently close to shopping, grocery and dining options. If you're considering living in the Beltsville area, I highly recommend making this apartment your first choice.
