Townhouse Court Apartments

Terrible communication from management. I applied to Townhouse court and got approved for a move in date of 07/16/2022. Early June, I got a phone call from Julie asking if I can move in earlier around mid June and I responded that I cannot. Julie told me she will update me on the lease in the upcoming few weeks. I followed up with 2 more phone calls but there was no update. Given the uncertainty, I decided to go with another apartment. Fast forward to the day this review was written 07/19/22, I received a phone call from Julie asking about the lease. So 3 DAYS after my lease supposed start date, I got a phone call asking how am I doing. This is extremely unprofessional and Julie was very unapologetic on the phone. I had to give her a second phone call to ask about any refund I am supposed

I've been living here for 2 years. Initially getting in was a difficult process with poor communication. Terrible through the last day with communication. Only ever been frustrated when speaking with property management both cornerstone and rize. Only good thing was the neighbors.

I’ve lived here since July and it’s an awesome place to live! Management is really responsive and the units are absolutely beautiful after the remodel!

Left several voicemails to rent from this property due to the remodeling, no response from owner, hoping fir a call soon from the property

Slowly remodeling all units, well worth the look if looking to rent .
