The amenities are clean, maintenance is very responsive, and the overall complex feels very safe. I had issues with my water quality because the water heater was at its end of life, but the maintenance team took care of it quickly. They're willing to go above and beyond for us, which has made living here very enjoyable. Big thanks to Anton and Avery!

I’ve lived at Hawthorne for over 3.5 years, and I have to say that Anton, Avery, and Hailey have been the best technicians I’ve ever had the pleasure of interacting with. They are consistently friendly (our dog absolutely loves them!), and they always take care of any issues quickly and professionally. What really sets them apart is how they approach their work with genuine kindness. Whether they were stopping to chat for a moment or simply offering a wave and a smile, they always made the community feel warm and welcoming. It was honestly a highlight to see them around the property—reliable, personable, and truly caring.

My husband and I stopped by the Hawthorne Townhomes leasing office to inquire about some properties we noticed online. We were instantly blown away by the extreme hospitality, kindness, and professionalism from the staff at Hawthorne, specifically Rylee, the leasing agent for the property. Rylee was warm and welcoming, but also very knowledgeable and honest about the property offerings, amenities, and various fees. While the unit we were hoping to lease was not available, we are super hopeful that we will get to rent from this awesome organization soon! The rental experience can be so stressful, but today was the first day (after looking for months!) that we felt energized and excited about the prospect of moving to a new place. I had an appointment at 11 AM to tour a three bedroom townhouse. I drove over an hour to get to the property. I showed up for my appointment on time there was nobody in the leasing office. There was a sign saying that they would be back by 11. I was sitting there for 30 minutes calling. Nobody would respond. Nobody showed up to the office, extremely unprofessional.

Rylee was amazing, she is very knowledgeable about the property and with what there is to do around here. she took the time to go over everything with me and answer all of my questions. Highly recommend!
