12/04/23... Just did another deal with Mike and Axess Homes. Thank you for making this deal so easy for my seller, you took a lot of stress off of them. I appreciate your professionalism. Mike with Axess Homes was great to work with. My seller was ill and not in a position to do any remodeling. Mike came in and sat with us and we negotiated a fair price. My seller was comfortable and really appreciated the way they went up and beyond to help him out. Thanks Mike it was an amazing experience. Hope we can do business again!!

Mike at Axess was a pleasure to work with as was his team of employees & buyers. The process was very simple & I believe I received a fair price for my home. They do make sure you are taken care of first. The first home buying company I tried low balled me & did not listen to my concerns or care I felt. I would definitely give Axess Home Buyers a try!

Mike was so amazing to work with! We wanted to sell our home "as is" because it needed alot of work. About 24 hours after he looked at our house, we were given a very fair offer for it, he was the best to work with, Mike is very honest and reliable. He was great the whole time! Mike was very professional and clear. He is a businessman and treated me like a partner and a human being instead of a paycheck. He wanted to buy my house and I wanted to sell. We had a difference of opinion on price but Mike was willing to work with me to get the best price he could offer. We ended up coming to an agreement where his company would give a good down payment and then fix up and flip my house. He gets a paycheck, I get fast cash and get to move away from a stalker situation. I had about 5 different interests in my house and Mike was the one I picked because he treated me very well.
