Hub of Opportunity

I’ve been living at the Hub since it opened in 2020. Management has always been pretty good at helping me with any concerns or issues I may have. The Hub serves its purpose in helping individuals with physical and or mental disabilities. The Hub also helps low income families. The only problem is the theft that goes on around the neighborhood sometimes.

Apartments are very nicely modeled. Very glad my neighbors are reasonable with noise. I have a very active three year old. When we play or argue it carries. I love my loud music. All three of us there are very active and loud. So thank you so much for letting us be us. The management is very helpful. They are constantly helping out in anyway they can. They make resourceful flyers of different activities for all ages, opportunities for adults, and different healthcare/food/educational/clothing pretty much all drives that is going to happen and post them everywhere weeks in advance. Maintenance is prompt. Which is amazing. I would definitely recommend this place to all. The only downside is no pool. Hands down everything else makes up x10.

Edit: changed from 1 star to 3 stars. Issue seems to be resolved. No contact from mgmt but I've not heard the dog barking in for about 1 week now. North East corner of the building 2nd balcony up 2nd balcony over. Tenants keep their Germain shepherd on their balcony and it barks non stop. I don't even live in the same building and it bugs the hell out me. Can't imagine actually living in a unit next to this tenant. Shows they bring in tenants that dont respect their neighbors and shows that mgmt has no regard for noise complaints as there must be many. Mgmt feel free to reply to me here if you resolve this issue and I will update my review.

These apartments are great very nice inside. Provides washer/ dryer in unit.maintanece is awesome. Always gets repairs done at a reasonable time.also they are very nice and respectful. Management is amazing.super nice. I recommend this place 100%
