The Mesa Verde

Personally I would not recommend living here. I was only here for a few months before leaving. The only maintenance ticket I submitted got marked complete without it ever being addressed. The management is not great to work with. Earwigs, centipedes, spiders, and wasps were a daily occurrence. It leaked around the windows and door every time it rained. There's mold in the framing. Someone or someones kept smoking nearby, I tried to work with management and it took them weeks to even try to address it, it was making me so sick I ended up leaving early. Lease terms only apply to you and not the property management .

We have lived for 2 years and have absolutely loved it! The neighborhood is quiet, but close to so many great places. Skylee is awesome, and any issues/maintenance problems we've had have been fixed within 24 hours. We are so lucky we found them!

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!! I lived here for a year, never late on a payment never a problem. Before I moved in I asked for the keys a day early so I could go over and deep clean because the place was a mess, dead bugs, mold, oven was a complete mess washer and dryer smelt like mildew. And the list goes on. The entire place was a mess. I spoke to Skylee Kent (the most unreliable person I’ve ever met) she never ever ever answered my call 1 time. Or returned them. she promised me they would have a “professional” come and deep clean. So I agreed. The next day I moved in and it was exactly the same. A complete mess. Nothing was cleaned.
