DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! In one year, we had a break-in, a busted window, two broken toilets, two busted exterior lights, and now the heat is out in the middle of winter! There's no emergency maintenance, no manager to call, literally NO ONE to contact, because they can't be bothered to keep leasing or maintenance staff. They can't even pay to keep their email or website valid! It took SIX MONTHS to get one of the toilets fixed, and they've done NOTHING about the other stuff. Actually, no ... they made sure to brag about tenants being able to request maintenance through an app, then delete requests for repairs! Yet they still want $1000+ a month for a 2-bedroom!!! AVOID THIS PLACE. STAY FAR AWAY!!! EDIT: This review was left when the complex was under different management and listed as Arlin

in 2 years ive seen 4 apartment manager months without management where the grass got up my knees and the dumpsters overflowed into the parking lot. one elderly maintenance man who was great but overworked. there's no way anyone could have handled this many old broken down apartments by themself. I tried to email them to let them know i will not be renewing my lease next month and their email isn't working which means they're not paying for their server. we've been broken into 4 times. they let maintenance request sit for so long then close it out "oh i thought it had been resolved because it was so old" or "we've deleted all requests so we know which ones are new and which ones are old and didnt get closed" my heater stopped working in 30 degree weather and there's nobody to call luckily

If I could give zero stars I would. Beware do not move into this neighborhood. I'm struggling to receive my security deposit back. I had to move to one apt to the next so I could I have a descent apt. I wish I can go on and on but I'm telling y'all this is an unpleasant and unprofessional management EVER!. The area manager is a liar and I've seen 4 leasing managers before I left. This company lies and steals money. I can't even tell yall a quarter that I've been through. They will not communicate and of y'all do talk to them IT IS A BOLD FACE LIE. DO NOT MOVE IN THIS PLACE BEWARE.

Went to the office this morning after finding holes in the wall with larva and little tentacles forcing their way out. No one came after telling me they would send pest control. This evening while cooking the termites all busted open a larger hole and filled my apartment. I had to leave the residence and contacted the office.... No answer and no one has gotten back to me yet! My belongings are probably ruined at this point!

This complex needs a WHOLE lot of improvement. For one, they barely be in the office and two, it’s hard to reach them on the phone. What’s the point of providing ppl with office days and hours if no one is going to be there? It is currently under new management and that’s not any better. Another thing, make sure you keep up with your rent receipt because they quick to pull one over on you.
