Living here was good. Pros: Fast help from maintenance, Lower cost/sq ft than other apartments. No bad neighbors / noise complainers Big kitchen Great dishwasher / fridge + shower / tub Cons: Very aggressive towing for guests + not enough guest parking You won't get much more freedom than on campus because the school is very domineering (not quite TH's fault) Not well cleaned between each renter Years of bad paint jobs on the inside Laundry is a short drive away for most units

You like living with bats? Then this is definitely the place for you! Place is so poorly taken care of with bats living inside the buildings a local exterminator said he would never live at this place as they crawl through holes all over exterior of building. Refuse to do anything about the situation just recommend you get the series of rabies shots. Management is outrageously unhelpful. Place preys on college students and probably have not put a dollar into it in twenty years.

very hateful. we called to ask room rental information and the representitive directly hang up the phone without let me finish my questions. today is 911. considering the sadness atmosphere i speak in a very polite way and she slap the phone off. nice attitude to your customer. i cant imagine what if i rent a room and having some trouble like find out my room is leaking.? u guys surely gonna hang up the phone rudely i bet.

If you want to get your car towed in front of your door, if you want to be insulted rudely, then please consider this. The amazing part I find is that I cannot rate 0 star.
