Tov Manor Garden Apartments

As many other one-star reviews show, Tov Manor is absolutely horrible. Not only is it in need of dire maintenance in some areas, several reviews describe horrible conditions and practices. I have some pictures of the exact state of the laundry room. Terrible. They do not care about the residents and it shows. Do not move here.

The rules they enforce here are greedy, authoritarian, and just outright disgusting. You aren’t allowed to have your own washing machines in your own property because they want you to use their own laundry rooms that are conveniently placed around the sides of the buildings, but there are barely any machines for everyone in the area to share (only 4 washing machines and 4 dryers) and there are almost always issues with them. On top of that, the washing and drying prices increase more and more every year without notice, which makes no sense. Why hike up prices if the rooms remain constantly dirty, smelly, and the machines barely even get maintained? It’s been like this for years, and nobody ever does anything about it. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!! Absolutely disgusting and dangerous to live here. I have wild animals live In my attic, they won't take care of it. Racoon fell in my neighbor bathroom, they won't take care of it. I have no heat or hot water for a week now , they nasty to me , making look like it's my fault 😳.I got pictures of frozen windows inside my apartment. There is trush everywhere and if you complain there is always nasty response, feels like we bother them.
