In short: fine management, terrible maintenance, would only recommend as a short-term or budget living option Responsive leasing office that’s easy to get ahold of especially after opening a location on site… which I know is the bare minimum but unfortunately most landlords can’t even get that right. Occasional weed/cig smell. My neighbors are overall cordial - lots of young families and students. The units are pretty old and dinky but they’ve been slowly renovating under new management. My main gripe is the maintenance. On multiple occasions the maintenance man has made excuses for not fulfilling a request (“we just replaced this” “it’s not actually broken”) and makes you feel like you’re inconveniencing him by asking for basic tasks. I stayed in a 2 bedroom 1.5 bath for a year lease. Move in was easy, they communicated very well regarding directions around the property and questions we had maintenance. Maintenance was quick with fixes. Not too loud, good neighborhood. I hope I come back to area in the future for good.

The only positive thing I can really say is that management is easy to get a hold of and they're quick to fix issues when they arise. One of the main issues is that there are ZERO amenities to justify the $1300+ cost for a 1 BR apartment. Saying that the “location” is an amenity is just not right. AND they charge you an extra $25 a month for outdoor parking on top of that. Also, the overall condition of the units don't justify the cost either. Yes, they've replaced the balconies and added a sign in the front, but the buildings are still outdated to be charging so much for rent. The kitchen is small, the bathroom is TINY and has a weird door that closes inward, leaving no room between the door and toilet. Walls are super thin and lack any kind of insulation. My move-in experience was amazing! The apartment is quiet, and everyone respects each other’s space. It’s clean, the neighbors are friendly, and everything works perfectly. The apartment looks great, and I’d say it definitely lives up to the reviews!

The management and leasing office are wonderful and responsive. However, I did not enjoy my time living here due to a number of reasons. I didn’t know these things upon moving in so I’d like to give others a heads up before signing a lease here. When I moved in, the apartment was not fully cleaned or repaired. My screen door was off the hinges, there were loose screws throughout and paint stains all over. Throughout my time living there I discovered other issues that were not resolved, like a big lump under the carpet in the bedroom? And leftover weed from the previous resident hiding under a drawer in the bathroom. I severely cut my finger open on the sharp metal jacket closets they have in the apartments.
