TLC HOA Consultants, LLC

I am in the due diligence period of purchasing a home in which the HOA is managed/consulted by TLC HOA Consultants, LLC. I have requested quite a bit of information from Edmond at TLC on 3 separate occasions about the HOA and every single time I was given the requested information in less than 24 hours. I am currently a member of 3 different HOA's that deal with 3 different management companies and TLC HOA Consultants is by far the most responsive and professional of all of them. From my experience, I can say with 100% confidence that TLC HOA Consultants and Edmond are some of the best in the business!

I recently moved to my new condo in September, during which time the HOA was soon transitioning over to TLC. I had several questions prior to their official start date and Edmund answered and assisted me with such a kind and friendly manner. I look forward to working with them in the future. Don't even know what they manage at our property. Said they handle a pool that doesn't exist. I have never seen a single dollar of our money go to anything here, and I've been here 5 years. The back of the neighborhood is a disgrace, completely overgrown. The sidewalks are cracked and stained. There are broken down vehicles parked in the road for over a year. We called to have a sinkhole fixed and the city came, not them. They can post what they supposedly spend out money on, but there's zero actual proof it gets done.

This happens to be our new HOA administrator for Queens Harbor....I have stopped by twice to get some information prior to paying by HOA bill to get additional information...both times the office was closed during regularly scheduled hours. Not a good start! I can only hope it gets better moving forward.
