Mitch at Gainforth Real Estate was very knowledgeable about his job. He knew exactly when to list my property and how to do it. The listing was place on Friday and Monday we had it sold. He assisted me with information on movers, cleaning company and even had a contact for any last minute changes that the buyer wanted. Mitch had solutions for every hiccup/bump in the road. His calm disposition kept me calm and everything went smoothly. 3 weeks from the sale of the house I went to settlement. Couldn’t have done it with the assistance of Mitch. My house originally sat on the market for 9 months with little showings. I decided to switch to Mitch and was impressed before I even signed the contract. He’s great at communicating & sends weekly reviews where you can see who’s viewing the listing, feedback, price comparisons, etc during the entire process. He’s great at negotiating and really looks out for your best interest. He’s always available to answer questions and it only took us 10 days to receive an offer- the week of christmas! There was a massive snow storm that could have seriously impacted our closing but the entire team worked tirelessly to make it happen by the deadline and both sellers and buyers walked away happy having had Mitch’s help and resources!
