We couldn't have been happier with our stay at this rental. The apartment was clean and is beautifully decorated and is very comfortable. Don't get discouraged by the first impression of the complex, the apartment is really worth it. The communication before, during and after with the admin was outstanding.

We did our 39th year Military reunion in Surfside Beach SC, May 3rd-6th 2024. The house we stayed at, 111A S.Yaupon was perfect for our group. The support, hospitality and incredible deal we received was absolutely amazing. Dealing with Joe and Barrett Midulla as well as Lisa was always a pleasant experience. Our Advance Party arrived a day earlier than expected on May 2nd. I called Joe Midulla, met him at the Beach Rental Home and inquired if we could rent the home for that additional day. Joe made a few calls and within minutes we had agreed to an additional, unbelievable deal and we were in the home. Our family had a great experience in this condo. We had 4 adults and 1 child and it was plenty of room for us. We especially loved sitting on the oversized balcony in the late afternoons to chill out. It came complete with chairs, a table, and even a hook and ring game (that 3 of us mastered 😊). And the view of the ocean was perfect. In the evenings we sat and listened to the waves. This unit is in a great location and the few steps to the beach make it ideal for a wonderful, stress-free vacation. We put our chairs on the beach each morning and it was so easy to go back to the condo for lunch and bathroom breaks. This unit is decorated in an up-to-date style that we really loved. It really sets it apart from other units in this building.

My daughter rented here before. She said we would love it and we did. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. If I had a complaint it would be that it needs another armchair in the living area. But it didn’t take away how much we enjoyed the house. We’ll definitely rent again.
