We stayed in Unit 102 for a week and it was great. Beautiful views of the ocean and sunrise. Nice beach access and pool. The ITrips company that did the rental were fantastic to work with.
We've stayed here for years and for the most part it's a nice place. The issue is the floors are very thin, and currently the people in unit 405 above us sound like they're coming through the roof. We've called Dunes and they did call back saying they had called the owner. Just be aware that if you rent here, you may end up with people above you running and jumping at all hours, and you just have to deal with it. Sad that you pay so much for a nice vacation and have to listen to banging at all hours.
Right on beach, great area. Surfside is wonderful. Many places to walk to. Many restaurants close.
