We rented a property at Oceanside Village. Garbage. We were charged $140 cleaning fee but when we got there it was not clean, is not maintained. Blood on one of the mattresses and covers they promised to come clean and never showed. Crooked TV's, horrible unlevel beds and warped matresses. The electrical is dangerous, there are holes in walls in bathroom, and in ceiling inside cabinet. Notes about not turning air down because it can't keep up. No where to hang towels, hand towels, rags, or bathing suits in one bathroom, doors to bedrooms with no private because the don't latch and the hinges weren't secured, and a dilapidated deck with a note "use deck at your own risk". Not to mention community rules that are disappointing for kids like "no escooters" and after all this, all they did was

Few days before our stay we were contacted that the golf cart wasn't there for our week. No compensations were offered. The only suggestion was to rent a golf cart for $400 - as the owner provided the golf cart with the house as a "courtesy." Well the very first picture of the rental is with the golf cart. It's the ONLY reason we rented this house. And it will be the last time since we had an unexpected out of pocket charge of over $400. Unethical behavior. Won’t be using their service again.

Once we arrived and was unpacking we let our child play without shoes on inside the house. Picture below shows how nasty the floors were. When reporting this we were questioned if we had let her play outside as if we wouldn’t know that playing outside would cause dirty feet. Then there were several issues with the house we we’re reporting one being the dish washer was leaking. We called Rose to report and let them know that someone slipped down the stairs is how we found out it was leaking. They stated it was her choice to go down the stairs with wet feet. Who immediately put the blame on the renter? The repair man came 2 times a day for the first 4 days until we had enough of his lying and unannounced entrances into our rental where we would be relaxing on the sofa and him just appear in

559 Oceanside Dr that we stayed in is falling apart at the seams. The floor was disgusting, barely even being cleaned when we arrived. There are so many rotting and soft spots throughout this home I am surprised that someone hasn’t fallen through the floor! I woke up one night and a roach was crawling across the bedroom floor. Roach crawling across the ceiling in the living room. Interior drywall absolutely disintegrating. The home itself smells like mold. They are simply charging and arm and a leg for a tent with air conditioning. We have been coming here for over 20 years and this will be our last ! This is hands down the WORST place we have stayed in, in Oceanside Village.

We stay in Oceanside Village every year and this year was the first time we went through Rose Realty but it definitely won’t be the last! Everyone I came into contact with was extremely professional and genuinely kind. They went above and beyond to ensure our vacation rental was clean and as described. They gave us so many coupons and Mary was amazing with explaining all the details and responsibilities. I cannot recommend them enough! We have already booked for next year!
