Hard to get in contact with them on occasion. But eventually, they call back. Don't use them for managing rentals! They write bad checks and delay sending the money until the very end of the month! It is now the last day of the month and we are still waiting to get paid for our rentals! The company is the worst!

I tried to contact them several times 4-5 phone calls/ messages and 4-5 emails regarding my rental agreement. No one had responded to me in 12 days. Not a good way to conduct business. I received an email back saying sorry I was out of the office for a week. Although there was no messaging stating the person was out of the office, also no one else in the office bothered to return my phone calls. I let them know to just go ahead and cancel my reservation, to not charge my card I had found somewhere else to stay. So, after telling them 3 times via email to CANCEL my reservation and to not charge my card they still charged my card the first half of the rental agreement. We have rented a condo in Surfside from Harrison Realty for several years now. They are the sweetest and most accommodating people we have ever rented from. The condo is just as described and very clean. I would definitely recommend Harrison Realty to anyone . These are great folks and awesome to work with. Thank you Charles and Family for all you do!!!

I wish I could give them more stars! In a time of family emergency and a desperate situation, they were able to accommodate our family of ten with one day of notice! Nobody else would even return our calls, and we were already in transit from Texas looking for a place to stay by the next evening when we were set to arrive. They opened a home they had on the market just to take care of us in our time of need! I just cannot say enough positive things about the care we received from them. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a team who will go over and above to make your stay the very best it can be. That is exceptional service and care. They went above and beyond in every way to support us, and we are just so grateful for their compassion and consideration when we needed it most!
