I can't recommend Jennifer Lader of Title-Rite Services enough! I've worked with Jennifer a few times as the point of contact for the title company when purchasing properties in Baltimore. It is always convenient working with her and I appreciate that I can use a remote notary (that she coordinates) instead of having to close in person. Most recently, there was a fiasco where the lender had messed up. The extra work required Jennifer to redeem the ground rent and coordinate with SDAT. The process is inherently a year-long process, but Jennifer stayed with it and kept me informed. It would have been so easy to drop the ball, but I was impressed with her diligence and work-ethic. And 10 months later, we got the ground rent successfully redeemed! I can't recommend her enough!

Very unprofessional: 1. Last minute they send me a new amount to wire extra, while they told to me realtor agent they would give me a refund. I was so confused that they even didnt know. "Few minutes before the settlement?". 2. The settlement was supposed to be at an specific time and they arrived an hour after. 3. All the papers were not organized. They missed to give me the home warranty docs and the house map. I personally wouldn't recommend this title company.

According to the Montgomery County Property Tax department, our Title agent did not complete our deed paperwork correctly, and our tax bills were sent to our construction site instead of our mailing address. Now we have a lien on our 2017 property taxes, and have to pay to get lien released plus penalties and interest.

Title-Rite Services, Inc. is now located in the Fort Meade Corporate Ctr. directly across from Ft. Meade Army Post on Bluewater Blvd. The office is brand new and beautiful! Title Rite offers discounts to Military, go to their website and spread the word to all you military friends there is a great title co. in town!
