Two Rivers

Everyone I've met in this community has been so friendly, caring, and willing to help each other out. I love how culturally diverse the neighborhood is. It appears to be an almost even ratio of white, black, hispanic, middle eastern, and asian families. Which is the exact type of environment I want to raise my kids in. The elementary school is great and the community amenities make you feel like you're living in a resort. Although the lots are small, there is plenty of space around for kids to play in common areas. My builder was NV homes, and all in all, I am very happy with my home and plan on staying here indefinitely.

This is a beautiful community to be a part of, very close to DC and Baltimore. The public areas are very well maintained by the HOA. Has community pools, basket ball, tennis courts and very close to hiking trails if you are active in such activities.

Two Rivers in Odenton is a wonderful community with so much to offer! The on site staff for NV homes is very helpful and incredibly knowledgeable about every aspect of the building and planning. A big shout-out to the sales team (Phil and Justin) and the Project manager - Bryan. They also work very hard to provide options and approve customizations when building a home. Houses are at discount price compared to Howard county and Virginia. Two Rivers is conveniently close to a variety of shopping centers and restaurants along Route 3, offering plenty of dining and retail options just minutes away. For commuters, the proximity to the MARC train station makes travel easy and efficient, adding even more value to this already fantastic community. The neighborhood itself is beautifully designed

The views here are great, it is also very peaceful and quiet, you feel very close to nature. Houses here are really big and they’re building new schools around the area.

One way in one way out not safe. Amenities nice if you never going to leave. Too much traffic for only way to get on Conway Road. Alot of conflict between All Ages Community & 55+ Community people . HOA fees going up.. up.. up. Conflict between HOA boards of 55+ & All Ages….. unless that what you want
