As it has been since my first encounter with Chris, going on three years, his personal and work ethics are exceptional. He responded to my maintenance requests almost immediately. He came prepared and completed the first task. Afterwards, he explained the second request would take longer because it required additional servicing. I'm grateful Chris had the insight to communicate this information because it assured me and put my mind at ease that this concern would be resolved.

Hilburto came into our apartment to repair our kitchen sink drain. The rubber gasket was loose and wouldn't allow water to drain properly Hilburto successfully fixed the issue by making a cut on the gasket reinstalled it and we haven't had an issue since. Kayla was awesome on the tour and selling me on this place. They communicated with me through the whole process. Move-in was a lot due to the complex being 100% secure and the one fob is needed for every entry point. The apartment was the cleanest I have ever moved in too. Now there was somethings that weren’t perfect; however, they quickly fixed each issue. I’ve put in three work orders for little things, but the maintenance team came and fixed each issue within 24hrs. The only critique I have is they need to update the welcome packet with the gym code, how to set up the intercom and the address for the renters insurance. Other than that this far I have enjoyed my two weeks here.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful Charles has been throughout my leasing process at Lake Arbor. From the very beginning he made me feel welcome and took the time to walk me through every detail. He was patient, attentive, and always willing to answer my many questions with complete honesty.
