The Groves at Piney Orchard: Modern Comfort, Prime Location, and Top-Notch Service The Groves at Piney Orchard is a great place to live. Great location near to schools, grocery stores, restaurants, AmTrack, public transportation, and BWI airport. I absolutely love my recently renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment, which offers modern amenities and a comfortable living space. The grounds are beautifully maintained, creating a welcoming environment. The maintenance crew is prompt and efficient, always addressing issues quickly. The front office staff is friendly and professional, making every interaction a pleasure.

My partner and I lived here for a year and would have given the Groves a good review, but have had a terrible move out process this Summer. After returning the keys and leaving the unit in great condition, they initially sent back a check with ~$370 withheld (!) from our initial deposit. When asked why they initially withheld this large amount of money from our security deposit they said it was a mistake, we were owed our full deposit, and they would send another check to make us whole. It has been over two months since the deposit return date specified on the lease, and when asked they claim they aren’t sure when the check will be sent. At this point I’m not sure they are even trying to correct this situation. It’s disappointing to see a property management company so unprofessional and

Hats off to David service/maintenance manager at The Groves. Asked him two days ago to look at my refrigerator because all the rubber was cracking and splitting around doors. He said he didn’t have parts for it because it was really old. Well today, he brought me a brand new one! Thanks for your prompt attention Dave. Your efficiency to detail has made living here for four years worthwhile.

Excellent service!!! the maintenance person explained the problem and the solution. The speedy response was very much appreciated. But this is the type of service I've had since I've been here! Thanks so much.
