I’ve been a resident for 4 years now and have had nothing but a great experience. First, the service here is reliable—they are consistent in keeping the property running smoothly. The staff is the highlight of this community; everyone from the leasing office to the maintenance crew is genuinely friendly and approachable. Speaking of maintenance, that team works hard! Requests are handled efficiently and with a positive attitude. As for the living space, the floor plans are very spacious compared to other complexes in the area. The amenities are also a huge plus and well-maintained. It’s a great place to call home.

We're still pretty new here (only about two and a half months in), and I must say that it's a pretty descent place to live in. The property is clean and well maintained. The amenities are great. The leasing staff is very responsive and professional. Congratulations to the newly appointed Community Manager Isatu Jalloh, who is always pleasant and kind. My dog is in love with Deaira Moore and actually drags me into the office to look for her. Jasmine is a bright new addition with great potential.

I have lived at flats for quiet some time now and while there have been a few hiccups, I must say the best decision that they have made so far was making Isatu the manager. She has been constant in her professionalism and always try to solve any problem that arise. Any questions or concerns that I've had are always handledvery quickly by her and her communication are always respectful. I know she will continue to pour into this place and make it even better that it is. I am looking forward to the great thing that's she and the staff have in store for flats 170.

We’ve lived here for almost seven months, and we absolutely love it. The leasing office is very responsive, work orders are completed in a timely manner, the property is well managed and maintained, parking is no issue, and package pick-up is such a smooth process. Isatu Jalloh and Deaira Moore in the leasing office are truly amazing. They were instrumental during our move and answered all the questions we had along the way. The property is also very family-friendly and conveniently near many places to eat and shop. The only thing I wish it had is a playground for our little one. We highly recommend living here.

Parking is consistently problematic, and noise disturbances—especially late at night—are frequent. Even when concerns are reported, responses are often delayed or ineffective. Maintenance has also been disappointing, with requests taking longer than expected or not being fully resolved. The rent is relatively high for what is offered. The apartments are fairly basic, and the level of upkeep and service does not match the price point.
