The Elms at Odenton

We really lucked out moving here. The apartments are great—very spacious and well designed. The staff is super friendly, and maintenance is better than any I’ve ever experienced—fast, efficient, and thorough. If I’ve ever had an issue, it’s solved, replaced, or completely rebuilt in less than two days. James deserves a raise! The walls are thick; I normally can’t event hear someone if they’re in another room than me. The neighbors and neighborhood are clean, respectful, and quiet. The amenities are nice. People definitely use the pool and gym, but it never feels overcrowded. And the complex hosts monthly events—bingo, paint and sip, pool parties, etc—to bring the community together. I was searching for an apartment for quick move in, when I took one look at the apartment available at The Elms at Odenton I put my application in immediately! Marci was amazing, she was well organized and had everything ready for me to move in the very next day! Truly wonderful place to live, very quiet, clean with an amazing staff

It was very nice to live here 4 yrs ago. Now it’s just a place to live until your lease is up. For example…. attached is how mail is delivered… you have to search for your packages. Management should contact somebody on our behalf as it is their community right? Wrong…. nobody is doing anything about it.

In Oct 2024 when I moved here, it was such a nice quaint complex that wasn’t very loud at all. Over last 8-9 months this place has taken a deep dive into the murky end of the Anne Arundel pool. I’m giving it a 4 because they have been very good to me as a landlord and prompt with fixes. As far as being a nice place to live, I’d have to give it more of a 2-3 star. This mainly being because they have been letting way too many less than savory people move in. It’s gotten louder and louder. I have found dirty empty needles near the dumpster along with used diapers and other things that scream “I was bought with an EBT card.” The smell of weed more stinks up the air and despite threats of punishment, it seems these types of tenants feel they can fight it as they are being “persecuted against th

Warning!! I just found out my rent will be increasing by ANOTHER $150 plus a month!! DON"T RENT HERE LONG TERM!! PURE CORPORATE GREED!! THIS IS MY LAST YEAR HERE!! EVERY YEAR HAS GONE UP OVER A $100!! THEY ARE LITERALLY TAKING MY PAY INCREASE IN FULL!! Pros: decent apts but everything breaks like normal. Trash pick up is nice. It's good to have a recycle dumpster but people are throwing unbroken down boxes in. Staff needs to put out notifications with warnings on punishment. It's picked up and then 2 days later full because people are lazy. Nice amenities though. The screened in porches are great. Staff is nice. It's good to have garages. They are $200 per month. Cons: The parking is terrible. Tiny spots that you can barely fit your car in. For this big of a complex it needs more space but
