Timbers at Kenmore

I want to share my experience to help others make an informed decision. There is a serious issue with constant structural creaking and noise in the apartments, especially noticeable at night. The noise comes from the building itself and makes it difficult to sleep, rest, and live comfortably. Management maintains that this is “normal” due to the age of the building and does not acknowledge that it interferes with daily living. During an inspection, I was told by management that similar noise exists in all units, which makes transferring to another apartment an unreliable solution if you are sensitive to noise or value quiet rest. Coplex was cute but management questionable. Called Tuesday to schedule an viewing appointment for a very specific unit. Was assured apartment would be there Saturday for a viewing (we would've scheduled a viewing sooner had we know they would give it away) Showed up to tour on Saturday and the unit was leased out. Now we're back to apartment hunting.

Moved in here with my husband almost a year ago in March, 2018. Our lease is about to end and we have signed our second lease. Working at the office were Zuzi and Kyrie, Zuzi has left the office a couple months ago and Kyrie is leaving as well, now we have Meghan which we haven't got a chance to get to know her very well yet but we're looking forward for it and hopefully The Timbers will hire someone was amazing as Zuzi and Kyrie have been. This will be a very long review, hahaha. Okay, so from day one, the girls at the office were very sweet and helpful, always interested in our lives and caring for us, we always have very pleasant conversations. Everyone that works here seem to be happy to help. We had a couple issues with the apt on the first couple weeks and the issues were taken care

I’ve lived here almost a year now and everything has been great. Neighbors are quiet, parking is okay, leasing staff is always helpful when we’ve reached out. The only that could improve is the dog park area. The liner and bark needs to be refilled or swapped out and surface leveling should be done. There’s tons of holes and trip hazards. Other than that, it’s been great to live here! Update: They’ve recently re-did the dog park and it looks great!

Been here a while and a lot has changes through those years but overall management and maintenace has done a great job trying to make the Timbers a great place to live. There is no perfect apartment and the Timbers is no different. Trash is sometimes a problem, not around the apartments but the Trash bins. I just think more people order online more which in turn fills up the recycled bins quicker. Some residence also think that their old furniture placed outside the bins is at their disposal. There also did a kitchen remodel some years ago. They hired people to do this. Since it was a huge inconvenience to residence and they did all the apartments, it was rushed, it wasn’t the best job. Some drawers are askew and cabinet doors are loose because of deterioration of wood where the screws are
