Sun Ridge Apartments

I had the pleasure of living at Sun Ridge Apartments for two years. Management does an excellent job. Any service requests were handled immediately and every interaction I had with management or fellow tenants was pleasant. Sun Ridge sets a standard that few other apartment complexes can match.

A place where high expectations and an economic budget meet! Five minutes walk to the north end of Lake WA on the Burke-Gilman trail; this place is quiet, secluded and nicely shaded by mature trees, safe with security cams and passcode to access the building, in-unit stacked washer/dryer, locked mail box, parking (and available visitor parking) and water included in the rent. Residents are friendly and drama free. I don’t even know they’re there. The second I make a work order for something as trivial as a faucet drip, it’s fixed same or next day, or at the very least, parts are on order. Easy access to I-5 and even easier to I-405. Paths and sidewalk access with safety crossing features soon as your turn out of the parking lot, Safeway and Grocery Outlet a 10 minute walk away. Gyms, yoga

Great place to live, was there for 2 years and had no problems quiet neighborhood and clean well kept building. apartment manager is very easy to communicate with and values residents.

The apartment managers have been so sweet and helpful. Great location for my needs, good pricing, very cat friendly, and overall I have really enjoyed my time here.
