Just had an amazing tour with Sarah! The homes were just like the pics. I got to speak to some of the current people before my tour and was surprised to hear how long some have lived here. Loved seeing all the kiddos out and about. The area is very quiet and well maintained, thanks!

We lived here for a year and moved out as soon as the lease was up. The sound proofing was terrible where you can hear your neighbors even talking. The neighbor next to us had two kids running up and down the stairs all day and slamming the door, and they did not keep quiet time at all. The parents ignored it when we asked to keep it down after midnight. They did their own things. Our neighbor beside us were always fighting and we could hear them and also you can hear their TV sound and MORE. The corner unit would have been nice though as you can only worry about neighbor next to you. Depending on the location, you may not get any sunlight or very little. If you’re sensitive to noise, absolutely do not live here. I have no idea how the property management negotiated the schedule with the waste company, but every Monday from 6:30 to 7:10 AM they collect trash, and when the garbage truck passes by the front door the whole building literally shakes. Even with earplugs on, you can still hear the extremely loud noise. We moved from the east bedroom to the west bedroom hoping to reduce the noise a bit, but on the west side the utility company is busy from morning until night. You can basically hear forklifts and large trucks working all day long. I truly don’t understand—how is this high rent worth such a terrible living environment?

Hi there been living here since July maintenance 3/10 your lucky if maintenance comes by. Manager 0/10 I have uploaded documents at least 5-6x stating that me and my husband are on the Renter insurance. I’ve been getting charge 13.10 for renter insurance the new manager told me the reason why you getting charge is because you husband is not on there easy fix printed out the updated document the same day put the document through the door. It’s October 14 guess what same charge I’ve been seeing. At this point save yourself the headache don’t move in unless if you have patience like me and parking will always be an issue.

The location is great - quiet street with low crime. However the management is very rude, obnoxious & never greets residents. Never answers the phone or emails. Zero customer service skills and lacks professionalism. Work orders take more than 10 days to be resolved. I was threatened by the property manager who called the cops when I was to take photos / videos during the move out inspection and she was going to contact my employer. She wanted to charge me $$$ for leaving my pods container over the weekend even though she knew very well that Pods doesn't schedule any pickups on weekends. The property management office is closed on weekends so I scheduled the move out inspection on Monday.
