The Lodge @ 73rd Apartments

A very nice place to live peacefully. All the staff are very friendly. I highly recommend these apartments; they are very modern and well-maintained. This is a great area to live in; everything is within easy reach. There are schools nearby for the children. Mrs. Rita and Mr. Bobby have been very kind to my family and are always attentive to our needs.

I moved into The Lodge Apartments this summer. Management is friendly, helpful, and very attentive to the needs of the tenants and building. It’s near schools and a fire department so it feels safe. There’s a great farmers market on Wednesdays within walking distance. There are several families in the community and everyone I’ve met so far is friendly. Units are upgraded with nice appliances, countertops, and cabinets. It’s a nice, quiet community and I highly recommend it!

Bobby and Rita are amazing at what they do! Very nice environment with plenty of activities and food walking distance. The apartments themselves are super comfortable and affordable. Any maintenance needs get taken care of promptly and communication is very good.

I would like to share my experience about living in The Lodge @ 73rd Apartments. We have been living here for some years and my family and I love this place specially because Mr. Bobby and Mr. Ryan the managers are the best. They are very kind and all the time are available if we need something in the apartment. Each unit is in great condition, the apartments are in a great area and the neighborhood is one of the most safest places to live in Seattle area. If you are looking for a new home, this is the best option for you and your whole family!

The management company is in Arkansas. I scheduled a tour on Zillow with the notification from Zillow about my upcoming tour. The property managers the tour one hour before it was scheduled and offered to re-schedule. They told me 1) they cancelled because they did not hear back from me. There were no requirement and no link to confirm it. When I asked to reschedule, they came up with another excuse that 2) the unit is occupied and they need one or two days to notify the tenants. You either did not hear from me, or you can't show the apartment because it is occupied. It can't be both :) I said I don't need another appointment. Rita who I spoke to sounded like it was too much work for her. Both phone numbers have Arkansas area codes. I am looking at many apartments, and this was the only o
