GPS Renting

We have been working with GPS Renting for about a year now, and it has been a great experience. Communication is always easy and professional, and the collaboration has been smooth and well organized. I would especially like to highlight Grace, who is an excellent manager to work with. She is very responsive, organized, and always helpful when coordinating projects. It really makes a difference when you work with someone who communicates clearly and handles things professionally. Cris, Patrick and the rest of the GPS Renting team are great! After dealing with a horrible property management team as a home owner I'm so glad to have found these guys. They're super responsive, and easy to work with. Sometimes work order repairs are held up, which isn't on them but the owners. But they're great at keeping you updated and are super accommodating. If you're looking for a property to rent, or a property management team to manage your property I cannot recommend them enough.

I have lived here since 2021 and would have previously rated GPS Renting a 3/5. Maintenance was consistently slow, and the home was dirty upon move-in—it was clear no one had cleaned after the self-guided tours, as floors were still covered in pine needles. Warning for Landlords: In the 4 years I lived here, there was only one single inspection of the property. While this could be the owner’s choice, a management company that doesn't monitor the condition of an asset for years is a risk to your investment. That lack of care escalated into dangerous negligence following a fire on Dec 23, 2025. A fire involving the landlord-provided dryer required the fire department to create structural holes in my ceiling and wall to check for extension—including a breach directly into the building’s att

Been working with them for 3 years now, while it has been up and down, Grace Cabisada and the GPS team recently handled a tenant’s maintenance request for a garage door repair at my property, and they were outstanding. They responded quickly, dispatched the right people, and took care of the issue efficiently. The costs were reasonable! and they provided a clear summary of what was fixed, which I really appreciate. Grace and her team make life easy as a landlord. Their prompt communication and reliable service give me peace of mind every time. Highly recommended. Julidee made my rental experience a breeze! My questions were answered timely and professionally.
