Timberlane Apartments

I miss it so much!! Timberland Apartments was so quaint and perfect. An entire and special community in and of itself. Trish Lawrence is an excellent owner and human being. The management and staff are first rate. The location is more than ideal and I dearly loved the community of Mount Prospect. I would have never left if it would have been possible. What a unique oasis and place to call home. I shall never forget.

These apartments are the best in this area. Excellent staff. Maintenance crew always available and quick to help. Office staff and owner very pleasant and willing to make your stay easy and stress-free. Your door opens up to the outside looking into well-maintained courtyards which means no stinky hallways. Laundry facilities clean and not scary. All the neighbors are friendly and have never had any crime/criminal problems. Recommend this complex to everyone I know and would definitely move back here if need to. And within walking distance to town, train, parks and awesome wave pool.

I just finished my stay here. Management is super friendly and helpful and it's a great place to live. - Maintainance lives on site and is there within 24 hours for any issue. - Quarter laundry is available in the basement. Nothing fancy but it's adequate. - There is a parking lot behind the building and parking pass is included. - The buildings are on the old side but kept maintained. - It is a short walk to the train station and any events happening in the center of Mt Prospect, such as the Sunday morning farmers market.

I lived here for 2.5 years and loved it! Quaint, nice complex near a park and park district building. Walking distance from downtown Mount Prospect and the train station. Great value for the area and safety of the neighborhood. Leasing office and maintenance are super helpful and quick to assist.

I live in this apartment since 2016 and I really love this apartment . Staffs are very friendly and amazing . If you file any complaints they will show up immediately for the fix. I feel the real safety here. !!! Rent is reasonable.
