We love living at 20W! It’s quiet and lovely, just like the village of Mount Prospect. The location is so ideal, and the building itself is beautiful, well kept, upscale and smells great at all times. Georgia and Andrew are excellent property managers who not only exceed in their roles but take personal interest in our lives, they really make living here the best experience. We are grateful to be living at 20W!

Cheri is the new manager and she's great to work with! Her team have been responsive to addressing any maintenance requests and I cannot thank them enough for that. I definitely recommend this complex for anyone searching for a new apartment in the area!

Tried repeatedly to get leasing info but never managed to reach a human. I’ve visited the office at 20 West multiple times, and it’s always empty. If disappearing is the goal, they’ve absolutely nailed it. Do better....
