I want to give a huge shoutout to Michael, our maintenance guy, for always doing such an incredible job around the building. He’s always on time, and gets things fixed right the first time. Whenever there’s an issue, he’s there right away with a smile and a great attitude. Michael is not only skilled but also really kind and easy to talk to. He always listens carefully, understands exactly what needs to be done, and makes sure everything is handled perfectly. You can tell he truly cares about his work and about helping residents — and that makes such a difference. We’re really lucky to have Michael as our maintenance guy. Moved in couple months ago and love it! Great service from the leasing office. Quiet area. Awesome workout room and pool area looks like it’ll be the perfect place to be in the summer. Dog park and playground right on the property. Made a great choice moving here. Thanks! Adding a new awesome laundry room. So many improvements since I’ve been here in just a few months.

Really like staying at the Eclipse. The staff are cool and friendly. The maintenance staff knows our dog by name. They do such a great job, keeping The dog park and well… the entire property clean and I just want to acknowledge the great atmosphere for dog owners!

Never again. The heating went out at least once a week, our floors were uneven and when we first got in, all of the closet doors were off the rails and had missing handles! The bathroom and bedroom door could not close or lock, and the air conditioning unit needed to be taped over because it left a gaping hole to the outside! For the first week our shower didn't work properly and wasn't attached to the wall! The tub also wasn't sealed and we had bugs coming through! I saw huge rats under the foundation of the building, right under someone's unit, and the laundry room is a joke. There was two sets of washer and driers meant for two buildings worth of people to share. It always smelled moldy down there and had bugs flying around constantly. Our maintenance person is amazing—friendly, reliable, and always gets the job done. Really appreciate their hard work! Moved here three months ago the area is peaceful, Clean and well taken care of.
