Prospect Place

Our family has lived in several apartment communities over the past 10 years, and this one has easily been our favorite. The amenities are excellent, and we really appreciated the modern, updated kitchens and bathrooms. What truly sets this place apart is the staff. The property manager, Georgia Malone, is fantastic to work with — professional, friendly, and genuinely caring. She makes everything feel easy and stress-free, and it’s clear she takes pride in creating a great community for residents. The maintenance team, Lupe and his son Alex, have been equally impressive. When we moved in, they immediately jumped in to help us unload our U-Haul, which meant a lot during a busy and overwhelming day. They are always responsive, helpful, and do a great job keeping the property in top shape.

Georgia has been a great property manager. She made the move-in process stress-free and was really flexible with my timing. She is quick to respond and helps take care of things as soon as possible. Definitely appreciate how easy she’s made living at Prospect Place.

Living at Prospect Place has been great so far. The location is unbeatable and the included amenities are great. The best perk of living here is having a fantastic management team. Georgia, Lupe, and the rest of the team have been nothing but prompt and exceptional. We had some initial concerns when moving into our apartment, but after bringing it to their attention, things were resolved quickly. They really do have a passion for the building and residents. Easily the best management team of any of the apartments that I have lived in. The noise that other reviews have mentions could certainly be an issue for those on the lower floor above the restaurant. If you're sensitive to noise or a light sleeper, avoid those apartments. We can hear our neighbors above us, but that is to be expected

If Prospect Place had a mascot, it should absolutely be Georgia — because she’s the heart, soul, and sparkle of this place. From the moment you walk in, she greets you like an old friend (the kind who actually remembers your favorite snack and your dog’s name). She somehow manages to juggle everything — helping residents, keeping things running smoothly, and making everyone laugh in the process. If organization and kindness had a baby with a great sense of humor, it’d be Georgia. Every community needs a “Georgia” — but I’m pretty sure there’s only one, and she’s right here at Prospect Place. 10/10 recommend stopping by just to say hi — you’ll leave in a better mood, guaranteed.

The new manager Georgia Malone is amazing. 10/10 management. I am a previous tenant that had an issue pop up currently that I needed help with and even though I’m not a current tenant she prioritized me, worked with me on her lunch break, and treated me very kind! Thank you Georgia!
