Forest Cove Apartments

I felt at home in this apartment complex, we haven’t had any problems or issues during our time here!Jennifer (manager) and her teams, the office and the maintenance staffs are nice! The services and also the social events are above and beyond! We have to move out of state for a while! If we are back to the area we will choose them again! Our balcony, surrounded by trees and every morning we can hear the birds singing! And, the location close to everything, plenty of groceries and restaurants! May be in the future they’ll have electric car chargers and indoor bike racks!

Living here is great and it's a pretty nice community, too. Jennifer in the office is always helpful and she hired a great staff to support residents. I'm happy that I chose to live here, especially being in the Chicago suburbs, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a place.

A very neat place due to the work put into all the aesthetics. Definitely free like a forest cove. The staff is nice too, though the apartment cost is way pricey. I would enjoy living here though for no security deposit and lots of high fees on everything they could come up with, not worth it in the long run. The parties they host is a great community outreach though, so props for that.

Ray did an excellent job fixing my dishwasher! He completed my work request quickly and even made sure everything looked great before leaving. This isn’t the first time he’s provided great service every time he stops by, he gets the job done efficiently and always has a great spirit. He’s friendly, professional, and really takes care of the residents. I truly appreciate his hard work and positive attitude!

I moved into Forest Cove in April 2025, and my experience so far has been really good. It feels like a homely atmosphere. Whenever I had any issues, I always received a positive response from Jennifer and Taylor. They are very cooperative and always willing to help. We will definitely miss Taylor as she is leaving. One suggestion for the management: it would be great to have a small park for the kids. During the summer, we often had to take our kids to different places to play. There are several vacant areas where a park could be set up, which would make the community even better.
