Timber Ridge Apartments

Nice, clean apartments, have not had to make any maintenance requests and have been here for over 6 months. They plow the lot decently in the winter. Nice, touchless access into the building, as well as a key code access in the main entry. Elevator is a bit slow but still nice. Units are pretty soundproof except sounds in hallway, which is usually just some talking or unlocking a door. Apartment claims no pets (maybe just for 3rd floor units) but I see a few dogs coming in and out. Never hear them barking inside the unit though. Residents seem good at picking up after their dogs. Balconies are nice. Appliances work well! Some Issues: - Hallways smell like weed a lot... smell never has gotten inside my unit though. - Dumpsters fill quickly (and for some reason everyone fills the front firs
