Be careful about Leon and Jackie They will lie to the teeth. Not enough parking and always barely patching maintenance and over charge later stay away from them you will thank me later

Great management to work with. Common areas are typically kept clean and tidy, with the occasional garbage and things people have dropped. The apartment itself and not luxurious by any means, but it is a great layout and is a wonderful place to live.

So far everything has been great! Maintenance has been super quick and responds almost immediately and, I’ve had no issues with management. Upon move in I even received a cute little welcome gift which I thought was super sweet and considerate!

Building is well cared for, updated, clean, quiet. Prompt notices when needed....very well managed so I feel safe here..they stay in charge of these that ensures the safety of tenants and gives clear explanations as to what is expect from the tenant.
