Rylee, of Bell Bank customer service located in Kentucky helped me step by step set up online banking. I was always leery of setting this up and moving forward with online banking. With her patience and guidance we sat up my account and I could not be happier. Bell Bank continues to try and strive for the best possible customer service. We love our local Moorhead branch, but Bell has now outsourced calls to a call center which is highly disappointing (and FRUSTRATING!). I just sat on hold and talked to FOUR different customer service agents just to hang up and opt to visit in person to avoid the run around. Please go back to local, in-house call answering! This is likely a deal-breaker for any future banking with Bell. Sad!
