The Grove Apartments

I lived at the Grove apartments for 4 years and never had any problems with maintenance and the building was always kept clean. Amber was super easy to work with. I moved out 2 years ago and somehow had a package delivered to our old apartment. Amber went out of her way to pick up my package and was able to meet me to deliver it. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

I saw someone else post a one star rating here and said, “ They dont give you a move out list and when you completely scrub and deep clean the entire place they try to dock you for things that aren't there and then MAKE YOU RECLEAN IT. while the cleaning service they hire by the hour anyways with your deposite is taking constant smoke breaks. Completely unreal. Avoid the grove and bucholtz properties at all costs.” I agree with this 100%, as it just happened to us as well. We also subleased our apartment, and they told them that we owed rent as the security deposit when it was actually $500. Just shady all around. I would advise avoiding them as well.

Living at the Grove is so much quieter than I expected despite the trains that go by and 1st Ave running right next to it. I can never hear my neighbors and the gym amenity is a big bonus! The landlord is also extremely punctual and organized. I always feel like my concerns are being taken care of as soon as she is notifed.

We love the Grove apartments! The management team is wonderful as well, and definitely do all they can do to keep their residents happy. The apartments are beautiful, and being by the train tracks many would think it is a problem but it isn’t too bad. We for sure are going to resign our lease for another term!

The Grove Apartments is a great place to live at. The apartments themselves are updated and cozy. The location is also great as it is in the middle of Moorhead. Lastly, the management is very easy to work with and also very helpful!
