The Emery Apartments

It is disappointing to see how significantly the property’s quality and value have declined over the years. When I first moved in a couple of years ago, the building was brand new and my unit was in excellent condition. Unfortunately, my transition from a 2-bedroom, 2-bath unit to a studio has been a markedly negative experience. Upon moving into the studio, I was surprised by the poor condition of the unit. Despite the likelihood that the previous tenants were charged a substantial cleaning fee, the space was far from clean. There was dust and paint debris on the floors, dog hair embedded in the baseboards, and what appeared to be dried dog urine on the sliding door curtains. If you enjoy dog shit smeared all over the hall and stairs in the community areas in your apartment, then this is the place for you. Management doesn’t care at all and makes an effort to turn a blind eye. This place is beyond fixing.

Absolutely disgusting living here. Trash room always packed with trash on the floor and they constantly disregard the Livelihood of their tenants. Funny that this was supposed to be part of the affordable housing initiative and they just overcharge anyway.

Enclaves management team is amazing. The people are so kind and respond very quickly. I absolutely adored my unit, it’s a quiet apartment especially considering how many units are in this building! I would recommend the emery to everyone! Finding beautiful 1 bedroom units under $1000 is nearly impossible right now, and Enclave understands that. The affordability program was what made it possible for me to move into a 1 bedroom in the first place! Everyone in the building is kind and respectful. It’s fun to live right next to Murphys (there’s even an Emery discount)! A great apartment overall.

The EMERY apartments is a larger building and management is helpful with requests I may have and are very prompt.
