I’m not here to review Sandy Creek Apartments—I want to highlight Abigail from maintenance. She’s hands down the best part of living here! Every time I’ve had an issue or question, she’s been friendly, approachable, and quick to help. Abigail goes above and beyond, and the complex is lucky to have her. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for Abigail!

I just recently moved into this apartment complex and I can honestly say it’s been a wonderful experience from start to finish. From the very first tour to settling into my new home, the entire process has been smooth, efficient, and truly impressive. The leasing team was incredibly helpful and attentive, taking the time to walk me through every step of the process, answering all my questions, and ensuring I found the perfect unit to fit my needs. They made the typically stressful moving process feel seamless, and I really appreciated how professional and welcoming they were throughout. I have had a wonderful experience with Sandy Creek apartments the staff is very professional and very knowledgeable they have helped me over the years along with my son who also lives at Sandy Creek apartments and if I could I would also like to add that the manager and the maintenance manager is very helpful with all our needs. I am very thankful for having the opportunity to live with as I call them my new family and friends

People say Goldmark sucks, but my experience with specifically east river was so good. Phone calls make me anxious so I’ve always gone into businesses to talk in person. Carter in the office is so sweet and makes things a lot easier and less scary. They aren’t trying to screw you over here, genuinely. also, the sandy creek apartments are so cute and cheap

Trevor helped me today setup the portal and my autopay. He took his time to show me how to navigate through the app. There is a lot of information that I now have access to in the app.
