I currently living here, and I had a leak from the laundry room next door flood my bedroom, the maintenance came and did nothing. I had to ask what they were going to do about the water in my room and the guy said if I wanted, he could get a fan for me... the next day. They didn’t come and my carpet is still wet and getting more wet by the day. Update: now there’s standing water in my room and they still have done nothing about it.
A system of management with no loyalty to their tenants.
