Reflections at Stillwater Apartments

I've really been enjoying living at Reflections at Stillwater. Every time I've had an issue with the apartment, the maintenance team responded quickly and resolved it without any hassle. It's a quiet and peaceful place, and the lake on the property is beautiful — you can often see turtles and ducks, which makes it even more enjoyable. Overall, it's been a great experience living here.

I would like to share my extremely positive experience with this agency. I relocated here from outside the USA and the manager was amazing, very helpful and replied to my emails promptly. She has been absolutely outstanding. The apartment was freshly re-painted and the carpet was new. I reported a small fault in the bathroom and maintainance was immediately organised

Note: I moved out in June, just got around to posting this review. Things could have changed but doubt it. Ever since the name change it has been down hill (previously Bridgeport Apartments). New ownership/management some how took my previous opinion of 5/5 stars to 0/5 stars in less than 6 months. TLDR: Save yourself the headache and rent elsewhere!!! This place SUCKS all around: price, management, and quality. First off there is no fitness facility and no ground broken to add one. Unless they are removing units to put one in I don't see that happening any time soon. Second, as soon as they changed the name (Bridgeport Apartments previously) they raised rent 15%. My Daughter is a new resident at this apartment location and I can’t say enough nice things about the location, the maintenance crew, and the lovely manager Kai. Our move in experience was SO much less stressful by comparison of previous experiences at other apartment locations. Small maintenance issues were remedied within the hour of making the call to the manager for assistance, which exceeded expectations. There is plenty of parking and most areas are lit well at night. The lake/pond scenery is really nice. It is peaceful here. The one bedroom apartment is spacious, clean, freshly painted with flooring and fixture updates. I feel confident my daughter is safe living here! Thank you.

Decent property but management is incredibly disappointing. The property owners chose to implement a useless ai assistant rather than hire a full staff and it shows.
