Casa Mia Apartments

We have lived here for 3 years. My son is close to Campus and it's convenient. The staff has been amazing! When work needed to be done for our apartment they were there to fix it. Great experience, Thanks Casa Mia!

The absolute WORST place for delivery drivers. I absolutely hate to see Casa Mia on my route bc I know I'll be walking in circles for every single package. Door numbers make no sense at all.

This is my second year at Casa Mia. There is nothing better than being across the street from the campus. Great value and very responsive management company. The building is old but very clean. It gets busy during football season, but that’s not a bad thing. Can’t beat the location!

The few good things: beautiful courtyard, they let you pay the year in full in advance, close to campus, and they have beautiful built in bookshelves and a big closet. Utilities are included, it comes with Wi-fi, and they have a bus stop. Each door gets a walkup sidewalk. The bad things: there was a giant moldy leak from a ceiling that we had maintenance come EIGHT times for before they told us they can't do anything about it. It started to mold really bad. We had to call multiple times before they sent anyone out, and when they did come we had no warning. One time they knocked at 9 am, and when we didn't answer, they just unlocked our door and came in- we had no door chain. Maintenance wasn't friendly and didn't talk to us much. I can’t say enough great things about Casa Mia. One of the few apartments I do like. I lived on the bottom floor and didn’t have any issues with noise from any of my neighbors. Management was great to work with. If you’re an OSU student, the apartments are basically on-campus. I can’t recommend Casa Mia enough!
